Hours and Policies

Cancellation: Please inform us within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) booked will be charged if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Missed appointments will be charged the full amount of the service. Any appointment that is missed when booked using a coupon or voucher will result in redemption of the coupon/voucher.

Discounts, Vouchers and Specials: Our offers are made in good faith and should be respected in kind. We reserve the right to refuse abuse of our discounts and specials. Any purchases made for discounted offers or coupons/vouchers (occasionally we offer a Groupon or Living Social offer) are not eligible for refunds, service substitutions, and do not include gratuity.

Spa Etiquette: Malu Day Spa is a quiet and peaceful environment. We request that loud conversations, phone calls, etc be left to the outside world.

Gift Certificates: You may purchase them online, over the phone, or in person. They are transferrable, but not refundable.

Walk-ins and Appointments: If you are in the neighborhood and we are available, we would love to have you drop in for a spa menu, to make an appointment, or to simply see our lovely space. However, we do require that you make an appointment for your treatment. Our door may be locked if we are occupied with clients in order to maintain serenity for those inside the spa. Please keep in mind that Malu is an intimate space, and in order to ensure the peaceful experience of our clients, we may not be able to answer the phone. Your call will be returned promptly.
